
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup peanut butter smooth
1/8 cup milk
½ cup semi sweet chocolate
¼ cup confectioners sugar
- Mix together powdered sugar and peanut butter until smooth. 1-2 minutes.
- Mix in milk.
- In a medium pan melt chocolate chips, over low heat, stir constantly until melted.
- Pour chocolate sauce into a small medium bowl.
- Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1 inch wide balls set aside after done.
- Take a skewer and poke one of the balls in the center then dip in chocolate ¾ of the way, pull out of chocolate and put on a foil coated baking pan, continue with all balls.
- When all the balls are covered in chocolate place cookie sheet in refrigerator and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
